Nice selection of trails and beach front. Leashed-pet friendly but no bark ranger program. The stairs to the beach are temporarily unavailable, but they’ve installed some rope to help guide hikers from the trail to the beach. Nice area for a short visit.
Pretty little place with some nice trails. There is one spot that we used for a family wedding. Nice spot with a picturesque view and a quaint little amphitheater.
Great place to go for a nice, peaceful hike. You might be lucky and see and hear the resident ospreys in addition to other forrest residents. Not to mention there's an actual phone booth... and it works!
Nice hike with some elevation changes that get the heart rate up.
Great park, clean beach. Little traffic. Last part of trail is tougher, stairs were washed out. A bit of a climb to get down stairs with rope support, ha!
Just to get out of Seattle... found this great little get away. Ferry ride is quite nice. Need reservations to Kingston or chance it with standby, which we missed.
This easy hike is incredible for the views of the Sound, the feeling of being deep in the forest (without being far from the public access), and the lush vegetation along the way.
Went here for the first time last weekend. Plenty of trails which lead to scenic outlooks on the water. Can see the mountains pretty well and the plant life in the woods themselves are impressive and diverse.
